This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made from US Forklift Parts (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in accordance with this policy and, where applicable, our Return Policy.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to eligibility, inspection, and approval.


2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The item meets all return eligibility requirements
  • The return has been approved through our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process
  • The item is received and passes inspection

Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet eligibility requirements.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable, except where required by law:

  • Special-order or custom-ordered parts
  • Electrical or electronic components
  • Installed, used, or modified items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Labor, installation, or service costs
  • Shipping and handling fees

4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Refunds cannot be redirected to a different payment method
  • Store credit is not issued unless explicitly agreed to in writing

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval
  • Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund
  • Processing times may vary during high-volume periods

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Items returned with missing packaging or components
  • Items showing signs of handling or damage
  • Orders subject to restocking fees

Restocking fees of up to 25% may apply.


7. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective:

  • Notify us within 5 business days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging
  • Do not install or use the item

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may void refund eligibility.


8. Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is refused or returned as undeliverable:

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping and restocking fees may be deducted from any refund
  • Refunds will be issued only after the item is returned and inspected

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

  • We reserve the right to suspend refund processing until the dispute is resolved
  • Supporting documentation may be provided to the payment processor
  • Abuse of chargebacks may result in account restrictions
